The Brickyard Vintage Racing Invitational at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is a very special weekend, one we\u2019re so glad to have back on SVRA\u2019s calendar. The fabled Speedway has hosted The Greatest Spectacle in Racing<\/em> since 1911. There is no more revered place in motorsports!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Brickyard Vintage Racing Invitational will showcase a wide variety of vintage and historic racing cars, with feature races for Stock Cars and Pre-War racers. The Shelby American Automobile Club will also be holding its annual convention during the Brickyard Vintage weekend. We expect hundreds of Ford performance enthusiasts on the track and in the grandstands cheering on their favorite Shelby. This year there will also be a huge Car Show on the IMS grounds with hundreds of show cars. In addition to a weekend of racing, we\u2019re working on additional activities to make this weekend even more fun! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DRIVERS\/CREW:\u00a0 Please read the following waiver and golf cart process<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

TRACK WAIVER PROCESS<\/b><\/p>\n

MINORS: For attendees under 18 years of age, each parent\/legal guardian will need to complete both releases and have them notarized before arrival. All completed waivers should be emailed to (TBA) and brought to registration. Upon turning in the original copy, the minor will receive a wristband to wear for the duration of the event to indicate the releases are complete.<\/p>\n

ADULTS: Everyone else, over 18 years of age, will need to still complete the online waiver before arrival:\u00a0https:\/\/ims.speedwaiver.com\/dwxtb<\/a><\/p>\n

Instructions for Completing the Release:<\/p>\n

  1. Click on the above link & enter first and last name and mobile phone number<\/li>\n
  2. Once you receive a text, click on the link in the text to take you to the release platform<\/li>\n
  3. It will ask to allow access to your camera to take your photo, click allow and then take photo<\/li>\n
  4. Once the photo is taken it will ask you to sign your name at the bottom of each release<\/li>\n
  5. After signing both releases you will receive another confirmation text<\/li>\n
  6. Once onsite you will show your confirmation text at registration and receive a wristband to wear for the duration of the event to indicate the releases are complete<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    GOLF CART PROCESS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    If you are planning on bringing a\u00a0<\/strong>personal\/owned golf cart<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>on the grounds of IMS during the event, you will need to complete the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n
