A Certificate of Insurance (COI) that must accompany the golf cart permit request, are required to:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Include the name of the company that holds a contract with and that will be operating the equipment on the track property as the named insured on the certificate.
\n\u2022 Include comprehensive general liability insurance with limits not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate.
\n\u2022 Certificate holder should be:

\n\u2022 Include in the \u201cDescription of Operations\u201d section of the certificate the following appropriate additional insured language: <\/p>\n
\n\u201cWatkins Glen International, International Speedway Corporation, their respective parent, subsidiaries, limited liability companies and affiliates, and their respective members, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, related or affiliated companies, sponsors, trustees, receivers, successors, subcontractors and assigns are named as additional insureds. This insurance is primary and non-contributory to any other insurance that may be available to an Additional Insured.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
