Friday night-Sunday, the event venue is being shared with SCCA who will be conducting a Driver School. Interaction between groups is encouraged. Here is some information you may need to make your weekend more enjoyable.\u00a0 Please review the details, and print out the Map for your use.<\/p>\n<h3>Pre-Event Items<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Licensing:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe National event is open to competitors that hold current competition licenses or driving privileges\u00a0from VMC\u00a0recognized vintage racing organization. Novice Permit holders or Temporary Licenses are acceptable for entry into the Driver School. Make sure you have your Licenses, I.D. and any other documents that you need to submit with you when you go to Registration. If you forget or misplaced your documents, it is the participant&#8217;s responsibility to contact\u00a0their home organization for proper documentation if needed. If you have questions, contact Alex Miller (alex@svra.com) SVRA National Licensing Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SVRA Rules Compliance for Car Type, Group and Class:<\/strong><br \/>\nIt is the responsibility of the entrant to understand and comply with all of the relevant rules of SVRA.\u00a0It is especially important to be familiar with SVRA&apos;s Tire rules,\u00a0Head and Neck requirements, and\u00a0Fuel Cell requirements.\u00a0You can review all of the SVRA rules and requirements, the Competition Bulletins and Technical Bulletins on our website at events.racingamerica.com\/svra\/.\u00a0Please confirm that you\u00a0have a current Race Car Compliance Form (RCCF) and an Engine Certification Form on file with SVRA for every car entered. Contact Rick Parent, SVRA Technical Director\u00a0 with car compliance issues that need to be addressed, prior to the event at\u00a0(<a href=\"mailto:rick@svra.com\">rick@svra.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Head and Neck Restraints:<\/strong><br \/>\nMandatory for this event and all SVRA events. These systems must meet SFI 38.1 Standards. Other devices have also been approved. Please review <a href=\"https:\/\/events.racingamerica.com\/svra\/competition-bulletins\/svra-competition-bulletin-cb2013-009\/\">Competition Bulletin CB2013-009<\/a> or contact <a href=\"mailto:ray@svra.com\">rick@svra.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transponders:<\/strong><br \/>\nDrivers can get rental transponders at Trackside Tim&#8217;s (black trailer next to the concession stand) for $50 for the weekend. <\/p>\n<h3>Event Basics<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Maps and Views for the Event:<\/strong><br \/>\nTrack is 2.02 miles with 9 turns. Please click on map to review:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/events.racingamerica.com\/svra\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/roebling-road-raceway-track-map.pdf\">Track Map<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis schedule is a working model and may change. The order of Run Groups and scheduled times will be updated as needed. SVRA reserves the right to change\/modify this schedule without notice but will make every effort to firm up the schedule as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Located at the entrance to the track. Load-In: participants and crews will be able to stage vehicles across from Registration, go register and then enter the track for Load-In<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hauler\/Rig Parking:<\/strong><br \/>\nHaulers will be parked at the discretion of the Paddock Marshalls. and have total authority over this process.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> SVRA will be sharing the paddock with SCCA Driver School participants. There is plenty of space to accommodate both groups and paddock locations will be determined as you load-in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Load-In:<\/strong><br \/>\nIt is planned that Initial Load-In will begin on Thursday, February 16th at 2:00pm and run until 6:00pm. Please proceed to Registration first for Credentials. Registration and load-in on Friday will be from 7am-5pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RV and Toter Parking:<\/strong><br \/>\nOVER-NIGHT CAMPING IS ALLOWED in your hauler\/tow vehicle in the PADDOCK.. If you have a separate RV, Bus or Toter that is not your Hauler\/Tow vehicle, you are allowed to park in any paddock.<\/p>\n<p>RV Pad Rental with Hook-ups (30 or 50 amp service &#8211; $25\/day, 110v -$10\/day), are available through Roebling Road. 110 electrical hookups for non-campers is $10\/day. No dump station on Property<\/p>\n<p><strong>Camping:<\/strong><br \/>\nCamping permitted for $10\/day. Camp fires of any type are not permitted. Men\u2019s and Women\u2019s showers are located at Turn 5 and behind the concession stand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday Night Stay:<\/strong> Rigs and Haulers may stay overnight Sunday night, February 19<sup>th<\/sup> in the Overflow Parking area outside the track.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Race Tire Support:<\/strong><br \/>\nParticipants may order race tires for at track delivery mounting and balancing from Bob Woodman Tires (<a href=\"http:\/\/bobwoodmantires.com\/\">bobwoodmantires.com<\/a>) and Sasco Sports (<a href=\"http:\/\/sascosports.com\/\">sascosports.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuel:<\/strong><br \/>\nSunoco, the official racing fuel of SVRA is available on site with 93 and 98 octane unleaded and 110 leaded available.\u00a0 Credit card only. See map for location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waste Handling &amp; Disposal:<\/strong><br \/>\nThree waste fluid stations with disposal containers for oil, antifreeze, brake fluid and fuel are available near the fuel stations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sound Restrictions:<\/strong><br \/>\nRoebling Road requires sound levels to be under 104 db.\u00a0 This is new to SVRA and will be monitored throughout the event.\u00a0 The <strong>sound meter is located on driver\u2019s left just past the start\/finish line.<\/strong>\u00a0 Two readings over this level will result in your car being flagged off the course. You will be allowed to fix the problem causing the car to be over the reading and re-enter.<\/p>\n<p>If you are concerned about your car exceeding this limit, these tips may help:<br \/>\n&#8211; Point your exhaust\/muffler toward driver\u2019s right<br \/>\n&#8211; Let off the gas as you go by the sound station<br \/>\n&#8211; Go by the sound station with other car\/s<br \/>\nSound readings will be posted on the bulletin board by paddock entry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Race Engines:<\/strong><br \/>\nLocal ordinance prohibits the running of race engines between 8 PM and 8 AM and from 11 AM to 12 Noon on Sunday. (<strong>$100 FINE for non \u2013compliance.<\/strong>) <\/p>\n<p><strong>Black Flag:<\/strong><br \/>\nWill be displayed at Start\/Finish and\/or Turn 6.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fire Extinguishers:<\/strong><br \/>\nEach competitor must have a fire bottle displayed in their paddock area with a minimum rating of 10ABC. This is a Georgia State Law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Animals:<\/strong><br \/>\nPets are allowed, but they must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up after them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Victory Circle<\/strong><br \/>\nLocated on the left side of the tech shed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday Dinner<\/strong><br \/>\nWill be held above the Concession Stand.
