This will be the 35th consecutive year that SVRA visits historic Mid-Ohio. Many racers will make the choice to run the weekends at Indy, then head to Ohio for the Vintage Grand Prix at Mid-Ohio.<\/p>\n

New this year is the Mazda Miata Heritage Cup, this race, the third of a five race series will have its own distinct race and race group made up of first generation 1.6-liter spec Miatas of 1990 to 1993 vintage. This new race class offers a new \u201centry point\u201d to vintage racing.<\/p>\n

Like all SVRA events this race is a great family event. Children 12 years old and under are admitted for free. Admission covers entry to all spectator areas, paddock access and parking. Guests can stroll the paddock to see the cars up close and chat with the drivers. Fans and entrants can shop the vendors row offering all types of racing clothing, photos and memorabilia.<\/p>\n

The Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course has hosted every major amateur and professional race series in the United States. Mid-Ohio\u2019s park like setting and challenging, 2.4-mile,15-turn configuration make it a favorite with both fans and competitors.<\/p>\n
