SVRA returns to Sebring International Raceway, for the Sebring Vintage Classic. Vintage race cars from around the country will be on hand to share the vintage racing weekend. The Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli will run in their own race group during this weekend of racing. All weekend long, both on track and in the paddock, SVRA will honor the great car racing traditions of Sebring International. Janet Guthrie will join the weekend festivities as the Grand Marshal. The Saturday night banquet for all competitors and crew will feature Janet\u2019s incredible racing exploits including those at Sebring.<\/p>\n

Sebring was the site of the vintage race back in 1976, that laid the groundwork for the founding of SVRA, and the event has grown into something akin to \u201cSpring Break\u201d for vintage racers. There is no better way to fully appreciate racing, and racing history, than to witness historic race cars in action. The Sebring Vintage Classic offers lots of track time for all SVRA race groups. The Hagerty Show & Shine car show will bring out another 200 cars to the event.<\/p>\n

SVRA will also offer an optional Driver Orientation\/Track Orientation Program (TOP\/DOP) for those who want to learn a few extra \u201cgo-fast\u201d secrets of this road race circuit. A party for all competitors and crew members takes place on Saturday evening. This is an event not to be missed. Whether you are a racer of a spectator, we hope you can join us there is something to watch or do for everyone.<\/p>\n
