This invitational weekend shows off the motoring muscle of the modern Trans Am Series by Pirelli and showcases the diverse designs, innovation and technology of vintage race cars.
Historic Trans-Am (HTA) racers will join the Trans Am presented by Pirelli to celebrate over five decades of Trans-Am racing at Laguna Seca, involving some of American racing’s greatest cars and drivers. HTA will run in their own vintage group all weekend and close the Trans-Am portion of the weekend with the Sunday Feature Reunion race.
The event celebrates Laguna’s diverse racing history by offering vintage race groups and contemporary racing series, all on one weekend. In keeping with the vintage and historic racers celebration, SpeedFest is an SVRA Gold Medallion event and will have seperate podiums for Gold Medallion cars.
